Terms of Service
Last updated: October 17, 2026
These terms of service govern access to and use of the DexMetrix service, published by Agency (see the legal notice). By using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
DexMetrix analyzes public web pages (performance, SEO, security, accessibility, technologies used) and produces reports. Depending on the site settings, some features (full report, history, monitored sites, alerts) require an account.
2. User account
Creating an account is free. You agree to provide a valid e-mail address and to keep your password confidential: any action taken from your account is deemed to have been taken by you. You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time by writing to dexmetrixofficial@gmail.com.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to analyze only websites you are entitled to test, and not to:
- use the service to overload, attack or disrupt a third-party website;
- circumvent usage limits or massively automate analyses without permission;
- attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the operation of the service.
Any abuse may lead to restricted access, blocking of the IP address or deletion of the account, without notice.
4. Reports and content
Reports are generated automatically from the state of the website at the time of the analysis. A report can be shared via its link; you remain responsible for the links you share. Screenshots and information collected from analyzed websites remain the property of their owners.
5. Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is". DexMetrix strives to keep it available but guarantees neither uninterrupted operation (maintenance, incidents) nor the accuracy of measurements. DexMetrix cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the service or the results displayed.
6. Personal data
The data collected and your rights are described in the privacy policy.
7. Changes to these terms
These terms may change. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any action; failing that, the competent courts will have jurisdiction.
